Music Review: Kaiser Chiefs New Single
We all know the Kaiser Chiefs as a Happy go lucky band, that has extremely catchy vocal hooks, like their single "Ruby" or even further down the line with "I predict a Riot" from their first album titled Employment. They always stuck me as a band that really knows how to make people shake and dance around like complete eejits!
But the Leeds band took a very interesting turn off in their music with their new single "Little Shocks" which is quite shocking when ya first hear it. The old Brit pop Kaiser Chiefs seem to be unheard of in their latest track. Although they have changed their sound, it is still quite interesting. The verse is catchy with the little piano lick and funky drum beat and the Chorus is, like most Kasier Chiefs songs one that people are gonna be singing out from the top of their lungs.
Overall I feel that it is very good tune, but will take a number of listens for it to grow on ya. Plus I much preferred Kaiser Chiefs old sound, but i'll just have to hear the album and hopefully be proven wrong.
The album has been released from june 27th and is entitled "The future is medieval". I give the Kaiser Chiefs track a good 6.5/10. Go check it out for yourself and let me know what you think: http://youtu.be/cxL7vTkwLJM.
I will be writing more similar reviews like this soon. From Dubstep to acoustic, from indie to Metal I shall review it. So like always watch this space!

Soundcloud Music review: Woobbes
Most musicians these days are moving away from the old Myspace Method, and moving towards the new website Soundcloud. I am a Musician and I have started using Soundcloud myself, producing electro music, Dubstep and Nu-swing and and I am finding it quite interesting. It seems to be mainly focused on electronic music, although you could find almost any type on the website. The most recent gem I have found on Soundcloud is an artist called Woobbes.
Woobbes is a French Fidget House, Dubstep and Electro producer from Paris, and his music is Extraordinary. He combines very catchy synth hooks with great sampling. His music has a very easy and smooth flow that I think people love. One of his tracks "Mads Feat Girl and a Gun- Dead on the Not beat (Woobbes remix)" Is so funky and well produced. The Wobble is soo wet and the vocal track is soo catchy you'd be singing along to it in no time. Woobbes has also dived into Dubstep with his remix of the Ying Yang twins song "Jigglin" which is a great remix. He doesn't do what most dubstep producers do, which is over-do the Bassy Wobble, he use's it wisely and to great success.
Those are only two of many amaZing tracks from Woobbes. If you get a chance I strongly recommend you check him out: http://soundcloud.com/woobbes.
